Consultation & Planning
Our free, no obligation consultation phase kicks in once you contact us about your home improvement project. Our dedicated team will discuss your project in the most professional, no bias way providing the best impartial advice and support on what you intent to achieve. This may include a visit to your site for an initial survey and a few more face-to-face or phone conversation to help us get the best insight and provide the best advise to you.
Step 2
Delivery (Design & Build)
Our design and build phase kicks in when you sign off the project to us. We know the trust it takes to be choosen among the competition by our customers so we don’t take our committed work for granted at all. We design the solution (sometimes solution options) for the customer to approve before we send our team on site to start work. We plan the work to achieve speed and minimum disruption to your every day life
Step 3
Completion & Handover
We complete the project by delivering the scope of work committed, to the quality and specifications agreed for the customer to inspect. Once the customer is happy with the work done, they signs it off and we handover the work to close off the project.
